Hey folks, Just moved here 17 months ago and The median home value here is around $198,500, which is actually reasonable. Average temperature is around 67--F, so the weather is moderate. The food scene here is surprisingly good. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The suburbs are where most families end up. Am I overthinking this? Any help is appreciated.
