Longtime lurker here, Just moved here 3 months ago and Crime rate is something to consider -Enterprise sits at 374.6 per 100K. The unemployment rate is 2.4%, which is pretty low. Average temperature is around 67--F, so the weather is moderate. With a population of 28,990, Enterprise is a smaller city. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Should I be concerned? There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The food scene here is surprisingly good. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.
