Not sure if this has been asked before, but Just moved here 15 months ago and With a population of 28,990, Enterprise is a smaller city. Median household income is $68,306, which feels about average for the area. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Property taxes are high but you get good services.

Hot take but it was the best decision I ever made. I know a lot of people disagree but after 6 years here, that's my honest assessment.

Alright, I'll give you the full rundown since I see a lot of surface-level answers here.
I've been in Sunset for 6 years. Moved from Nashville for a job opportunity. Here's my honest, detailed take:
**Housing:**
The market right now is challenging. We bought in 2019 at k and it's now worth down slightly than that. If you're renting, expect /mo for a decent 4-bed in a safe area. Buying is tough right now, renting is more reasonable.
**Employment:**
manufacturing is strong here. engineering is hit or miss. If you're remote, you'll love the cost of living. Average salaries are pricey for the area.
**Quality of Life:**
there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. The outdoor scene is hit or miss - we have mountains within easy driving distance. Dining has gotten so much better in the past few years.
**Schools (if relevant):**
Varies hugely by district. Sunset schools are improving. If you have kids, this should be your number one factor in choosing a neighborhood.
**The Bad:**
I'd be lying if I said everything is great. Summers can be brutally hot. Dating scene is rough. And housing market can be frustrating.
**Bottom line:**
For families, I'd say this is a 5/10. Hope this helps!. Feel free to ask specific questions - happy to help.

Used to live on the West side, now on the Downtown side. Completely different vibe. it's not perfect but it works for me.

I've been living here for 10 years and I'd say it exceeded my expectations. The walkability is average compared to other places I've lived. Overall Feel free to reach out with questions..

Bought a house here in 2022 and there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. Property values have gone down slightly since then.
