Best apartments in Enterprise under ?

Just moved here 7 months ago and Crime rate is something to consider — Enterprise sits at 164.9 per 100K. Median household income is $93,980, which feels pretty solid for the area. Homes are going for about $449,300 on average. With a population of 232K, Enterprise is a mid-size city. The median home value here is around $449,300, which is pretty steep. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.

Pros:
- Affordable cost of living
- Great weather
- Low crime in most areas
- Good healthcare facilities
- Strong sense of community

Cons:
- Traffic can be terrible
- Limited public transit
- Not very walkable
- Lack of diversity
- Boring for young people
Appreciate any input. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.

I've lived in West for about 13 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

it exceeded my expectations. When I first moved here from LA, I was surprised by food scene. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Great outdoor activities nearby
- Growing food and restaurant scene
- The housing market scene is improving

The downsides:
- Traffic during rush hour is rough
- Chain restaurants dominate

Overall I'd rate it 5/10 for couples. Feel free to reach out with questions..
