Best neighborhoods in Enterprise

Anyone else feel this way? We're a young couple and Rent is about $1,823/month for a decent place. The unemployment rate is 4.4%, which is about average. You can expect to pay around $1,823 for rent here. With a population of 232K, Enterprise is a mid-size city. Poverty rate is 6.8%, which is pretty low. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Property taxes are high but you get good services. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.

Pros:
- Good job market
- Good schools
- Active local events

Cons:
- Limited public transit
- Hot summers
- Rising rent prices
- Sprawl everywhere
- Poor road conditions
Let me know your thoughts. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The weather takes some getting used to. The city has invested a lot in new development. The food scene here is challenging. Tons of great Southern places. I genuinely enjoy living here.
