Best neighborhoods to rent in Enterprise?

I'm originally from San Francisco and Median household income is $93,980, which feels pretty solid for the area. Homes are going for about $449,300 on average. Average temperature is around 68°F, so the weather is moderate. The unemployment rate is 4.4%, which is about average. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The suburbs are where most families end up. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.

Pros:
- Good job market
- Close to nature
- Easy commute
- Plenty of shopping options
- Active local events

Cons:
- Limited dining options
- Lack of diversity
- Far from major airports
Am I wrong here? Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem improving.

I've been here 13 years and I'm still on the fence after all this time. The thing nobody mentions is job market. It's growing and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the walkability is legit. And if you're into biking, this place is solid.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Riverside side vs the Westside side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is community vibe. I'm still on the fence after all this time. Worth doing your research before committing.
