Housing market in Enterprise right now

Hello, I'm a remote worker and Household incomes average around $93,980 in Enterprise. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Thanks! I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.

The food scene here is tough. Tons of great Indian places. it's improved dramatically in recent years.

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, I'm still on the fence after all this time. No regrets on my end..

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.

I'm a physical therapist who relocated here from San Francisco about 8 years ago. The main reasons were a job opportunity and cost of living.

Pros I've experienced:
- Nice parks and green spaces
- Good healthcare facilities
- Close to major attractions

Cons that are real:
- Urban sprawl is real
- Limited high-paying job options

Financially, we've found it excellent compared to where we came from. It's gotten pricier but still beats the coasts. Groceries are affordable, gas is underrated.

Socially, it's been a really good experience overall. Happy to answer more specific questions..
