What's it really like living in Enterprise?

Homes are going for about $449,300 on average. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.

Real talk - this place is not for everyone, and I think that's OK.

If you value job market, you'll love it. The job market is genuinely underrated and I've found I'm still on the fence after all this time. My neighborhood (Riverside) is reasonable and I feel safe walking around at night.

But if you're coming from Atlanta, be prepared for the culture shock. walkability is completely different here. And Limited public transit options.

My advice would be to visit for at least a week before committing. Rent first, don't buy. And explore multiple neighborhoods - they're all different.

I've lived in West for about 4 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

I'm still on the fence after all this time. When I first moved here from Phoenix, I was surprised by walkability. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Good schools in most areas
- Good internet infrastructure
- The weather scene is average

The downsides:
- Rising rent and home prices
- Property taxes are high

Overall I'd rate it 9/10 for couples. Feel free to reach out with questions..

Moved here from Dallas about 10 years ago. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. Still getting used to school system but Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are average, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.

As someone who grew up here, I genuinely enjoy living here. A lot has changed in the past few years though. nightlife used to be much reasonable but now it's excellent.

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want safety, then yeah this place is great. But if nightlife matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.

Hot take but it was the best decision I ever made. I know a lot of people disagree but after 8 years here, that's my honest assessment.

Alright, I'll give you the full rundown since I see a lot of surface-level answers here.

I've been in North for 3 years. Moved from Salt Lake City for quality of life. Here's my honest, detailed take:

**Housing:**
The market right now is hit or miss. We bought in 2017 at k and it's now worth about the same than that. If you're renting, expect /mo for a decent 3-bed in a safe area. If you look outside the main areas you can find deals.

**Employment:**
education is strong here. healthcare is hit or miss. If you're remote, you'll love the cost of living. Average salaries are growing for the area.

**Quality of Life:**
I have mixed feelings honestly. The outdoor scene is surprisingly good - we have national forests within easy driving distance. Dining has gotten so much better in the past few years.

**Schools (if relevant):**
Varies hugely by district. North schools are challenging. If you have kids, this should be your number one factor in choosing a neighborhood.

**The Bad:**
I'd be lying if I said everything is great. Summers can be brutally hot. Chain restaurants dominate. And job market can be frustrating.

**Bottom line:**
For young professionals, I'd say this is a 7/10. Give it a chance - it might surprise you.. Feel free to ask specific questions - happy to help.
