Biggest downsides of living in Enterprise?

With a population of 2,145, Enterprise is a small town. Rent is about $801/month for a decent place. The food scene here is surprisingly good. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Would love some local perspective. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 5 years ago from Phoenix and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: If you look outside the main areas you can find deals. We're paying /mo for a 2-bed in South. It's improving for what you get.

Jobs: The market is developing right now, especially in finance. If you're in marketing you might struggle.

People: Generally improving. It took about 6 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: average. Tons of options if you like Mexican.

Happy to answer more specific questions..

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want nightlife, then yeah this place is great. But if nightlife matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 6 years ago from Denver and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: Buying is tough right now, renting is more reasonable. We're paying /mo for a 3-bed in Riverside. It's pretty good for what you get.

Jobs: The market is pricey right now, especially in tech. If you're in healthcare you might struggle.

People: Generally underrated. It took about 8 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: solid. Tons of options if you like Mexican.

Good luck with whatever you decide..

Bought a house here in 2019 and the quality of life is solid. Property values have gone down slightly since then.
