Anyone else feel this way? I've been here for 17 years and You can expect to pay around $1,672 for rent here. Crime rate is something to consider -Enumclaw sits at 50.1 per 100K. It's a a small town city with about 12,663 people. Rent is about $1,672/month for a decent place. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. TIA! The food scene here is surprisingly good. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The city has invested a lot in new development. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
