Curious what people think. I'm single, late 30s, and Poverty rate is 8.4%, which is pretty low. The median home value here is around $215,100, which is actually reasonable. Median household income is $68,117, which feels about average for the area. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Anyone in a similar situation? The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.
