Unpopular opinion about Ephrata

So, We have two kids and It's a a small town city with about 13,729 people. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The city has invested a lot in new development.

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want safety, then yeah this place is great. But if weather matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.

We moved here with our family and I genuinely enjoy living here. Schools in South area are pretty good. Kids love it here.

I'm a nurse and I've found there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. The community is tough and there's always something going on.
