Studio apartments in Epping -options?
Hey folks, Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem tough.
I've been here 8 years and it's improved dramatically in recent years. The thing nobody mentions is cost of living. It's affordable and it affects daily life more than you'd think.
That said, the outdoor recreation is legit. And if you're into mountain biking, this place is pretty good.
Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Oak Park side vs the North side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.
