Best and worst neighborhoods in Erda

Longtime lurker here, Just moved here 11 months ago and Poverty rate is 2.2%, which is pretty low. Household incomes average around $153,068 in Erda. Median household income is $153,068, which feels pretty solid for the area. Property taxes are high but you get good services. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The food scene here is surprisingly good. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem surprisingly good.

I've been here 3 years and it's been a really good experience overall. The thing nobody mentions is safety. It's stable and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the outdoor recreation is legit. And if you're into mountain biking, this place is hit or miss.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Fairview side vs the East side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

No regrets on my end..
