Healthcare options in Erie?

Been meaning to ask this. Crime rate is something to consider -Erie sits at 496.7 per 100K. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Am I overthinking this? Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. it's improved dramatically in recent years. Internet is surprisingly good in most areas.
