Hi all, I'm originally from Albuquerque and Homes are going for about $108,200 on average. You can expect to pay around $836 for rent here. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. TIA! Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.
