I'm a teacher here and Poverty rate is 19.6%, which is higher than I expected. Homes are going for about $108,200 on average. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Does this match your experience? It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.
