Alright, It's a a small town city with about 19,677 people. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Any advice would be great. Any help is appreciated. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.
