Alexander Evans moving Aug 10, 2025

First post here. Just moved here 13 months ago and Average temperature is around 55--F, so the weather is moderate. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. What neighborhoods would you suggest? Appreciate any input.
