Been meaning to ask this. I'm a teacher here and It's a a small town city with about 12,374 people. The unemployment rate is 3.4%, which is pretty low. The weather takes some getting used to. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The suburbs are where most families end up. The city has invested a lot in new development.
