Been meaning to ask this. I'm a remote worker and With a population of 150K, Escondido is a mid-size city. You can expect to pay around $1,922 for rent here. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. What would you do? It's changing fast — some good, some not so much. The city has invested a lot in new development.
