Worst things about living in Escondido
Look, I love Escondido, but let's be real about the downsides:
Public transit needs work
Property taxes are high
Not much to complain about honestly
Don't get me wrong, it's still a great place overall. But people should know what they're getting into.

Can confirm the safety issue. But it really depends on the neighborhood. Downtown and Downtown are perfectly safe.

Don't sleep on Riverside. It's up and coming and still affordable.
