Thinking about relocating to Española from Houston

Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Anyone in a similar situation? Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.

We moved here with our family and I'm still on the fence after all this time. Schools in Cedar Grove area are pretty good. Kids love it here.
