Co-working spaces in Essex Village?

Hey everyone, Crime rate is something to consider -Essex Village sits at 136.7 per 100K. The unemployment rate is 0.4%, which is pretty low. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Am I wrong here? The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.

Used to live on the East side, now on the Riverside side. Completely different vibe. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now.

Came here for a job opportunity and stayed because I genuinely enjoy living here. The community vibe is honestly average and I don't see that changing anytime soon.
