Career opportunities in Estelle, LA
Been meaning to ask this. Rent is about $1,301/month for a decent place. The unemployment rate is 4.9%, which is about average. Homes are going for about $199,300 on average. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. What neighborhoods would you suggest? Cheers. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
