Hey everyone, I relocated for work and Homes are going for about $430,500 on average. It's a a smaller city city with about 37,258 people. Rent is about $1,917/month for a decent place. Average temperature is around 76--F, so it's warm year-round. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
