I'm a college student here and It's a a smaller city city with about 37,258 people. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Would love some local perspective. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.
