I relocated for work and Rent is about $760/month for a decent place. You can expect to pay around $760 for rent here. The unemployment rate is 8.1%, which is concerning. Poverty rate is 23.4%, which is higher than I expected. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The weather takes some getting used to. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. What would you do? There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.
