Studio apartments in Eucalyptus Hills -options?

Hi all, I'm a teacher here and Rent is about $1,750/month for a decent place. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Anyone in a similar situation?

I've lived in Fairview for about 1 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

I love the pace of life here. When I first moved here from Baltimore, I was surprised by cultural scene. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Great outdoor activities nearby
- Strong job market in several industries
- The safety scene is challenging

The downsides:
- Not a lot of cultural diversity
- Limited entertainment options

Overall I'd rate it 9/10 for retirees. Give it a chance - it might surprise you..
