Hey everyone, Been living here since 2005. Median household income is $48,696, which feels on the lower side for the area. The unemployment rate is 4.0%, which is pretty low. You can expect to pay around $984 for rent here. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Has anyone dealt with this? Thanks! It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.
