Hi all, I'm a nurse at the local hospital and Average temperature is around 53°F, so expect cold winters. Homes are going for about $435,400 on average. Household incomes average around $63,836 in Eugene. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.
