With a population of 26,302, Eureka is a smaller city. You can expect to pay around $1,157 for rent here. Poverty rate is 8.8%, which is pretty low. The weather takes some getting used to. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.
