Hello, I work in real estate and With a population of 1,732, Eureka Mill is a small town. Poverty rate is 37.4%, which is higher than I expected. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Am I overthinking this? Appreciate any input. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.
