Hey everyone, We have two kids and The unemployment rate is 2.0%, which is pretty low. Average temperature is around 58--F, so the weather is moderate. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. What would you do? Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The food scene here is surprisingly good. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.
