Planning a move to Eustis -neighborhoods?

Hey folks, Military spouse here. Crime rate is something to consider -Eustis sits at 247.3 per 100K. Poverty rate is 10.9%, which is around average. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Any advice would be great. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem decent.

I've been here 2 years and I have mixed feelings honestly. The thing nobody mentions is job market. It's established and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the cost of living is legit. And if you're into hiking, this place is solid.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Fairview side vs the East side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.
