Studio apartments in Evans -options?

Not sure if this has been asked before, but I'm a college student here and Poverty rate is 3.9%, which is pretty low. Household incomes average around $126,767 in Evans. Homes are going for about $345,800 on average. Average temperature is around 64--F, so the weather is moderate. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The weather takes some getting used to.

Pros:
- Friendly people
- Low crime in most areas
- Low taxes
- Walkable downtown
- Active local events

Cons:
- Limited dining options
- High property taxes
- Mosquitoes and humidity
- Chain restaurants dominate
