Housing market in Evansville right now

Hi all, I work in logistics and The median home value here is around $129,100, which is actually reasonable. Poverty rate is 13.1%, which is around average. The city has invested a lot in new development. Has anyone dealt with this? Looking forward to hearing from you all. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.

Moved here from San Francisco about 3 years ago. I'm still on the fence after all this time. Still getting used to weather but Good luck with whatever you decide..

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 3-bedroom. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. Compared to Portland it's decent.
