OK so Been living here since 2016. It's a a mid-size city city with about 116K people. Median household income is $52,251, which feels on the lower side for the area. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Thanks in advance! It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.
