OK so I grew up here but left for a while. Median household income is $52,251, which feels on the lower side for the area. Rent is about $949/month for a decent place. You can expect to pay around $949 for rent here. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. What would you do?
