OK so I'm a remote worker and Poverty rate is 1.5%, which is pretty low. Median household income is $78,841, which feels about average for the area. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Any help is appreciated. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.
