Hello, I'm a 35-year-old mechanic and Homes are going for about $256,900 on average. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The food scene here is surprisingly good. What are your go-to spots? I'd say it's better for families than young singles. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
