Hi all, We're a young couple and With a population of 2,656, Evendale is a small town. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Is this normal for Evendale? The food scene here is surprisingly good. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.

As someone who grew up here, it exceeded my expectations. A lot has changed in the past few years though. housing market used to be much pricey but now it's average.

I've lived in Fairview for about 15 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.
it's exactly what I was looking for. When I first moved here from Atlanta, I was surprised by traffic. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.
A few things worth knowing:
- Four distinct seasons
- Close to major attractions
- The pet-friendliness scene is solid
The downsides:
- Winters are long and cold
- Nightlife is limited
Overall I'd rate it 6/10 for remote workers. Hope this helps!.

I've been living here for 3 years and I'd say it's been a really good experience overall. The outdoor recreation is average compared to other places I've lived. Overall It's not for everyone but it works for us..
