Anyone else love living in Everett?
Hello, Median household income is $79,658, which feels about average for the area. Poverty rate is 14.5%, which is around average. It's a a smaller city city with about 49,236 people. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Looking forward to hearing from you all. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
