How is Everett for outdoor activities?

Crime rate is something to consider -Everett sits at 519.1 per 100K. Poverty rate is 14.5%, which is around average. With a population of 49,236, Everett is a smaller city. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The weather takes some getting used to. The suburbs are where most families end up. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The suburbs are where most families end up. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Public transit is hit or miss here. You'll probably need a car for most things. the quality of life is solid.
