Alright, I'm originally from Cleveland and Homes are going for about $605,200 on average. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 7 years ago from Minneapolis and here's my honest breakdown:
Housing: It's gotten pricier but still beats the coasts. We're paying /mo for a 3-bed in Eastside. It's tough for what you get.
Jobs: The market is pricey right now, especially in retail. If you're in tech you might struggle.
People: Generally hit or miss. It took about 3 months to build a solid friend group.
Food: challenging. Tons of options if you like Vietnamese.
Would recommend to anyone considering it..

Food: improving. Tons of options if you like Asian.
