Anyone else feel this way? Been living here since 2022. The unemployment rate is 3.3%, which is pretty low. Poverty rate is 3.9%, which is pretty low. Homes are going for about $255,700 on average. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Would love some local perspective. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The city has invested a lot in new development. The weather takes some getting used to. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The city has invested a lot in new development.
