Hey everyone, We're a young couple and Poverty rate is 3.9%, which is pretty low. Crime rate is something to consider -Evergreen Park sits at 321.9 per 100K. Homes are going for about $255,700 on average. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Am I overthinking this?
