Anyone else feel this way? I grew up here but left for a while. It's a a smaller city city with about 26,738 people. Median household income is $131,755, which feels pretty solid for the area. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Should I be concerned? It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The suburbs are where most families end up. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
