Ewa Gentry in the winter -how bad?

Curious what people think. We have two kids and Median household income is $131,755, which feels pretty solid for the area. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Would love some local perspective. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.

The food scene here is better than expected. Tons of great Thai places. the quality of life is solid.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 4-bedroom. it's improved dramatically in recent years. Compared to Salt Lake City it's better than expected.
