Living in Ewa Gentry -the reality

The median home value here is around $768,200, which is pretty steep. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The suburbs are where most families end up.

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. it's improved dramatically in recent years. Internet is decent in most areas.

The food scene here is excellent. Tons of great Vietnamese places. it's not perfect but it works for me.
